Meet the Founder
FlowLed was founded by Chloe Phillips after more than a decade in corporate tech, where she held senior commercial and partnerships roles in fast-moving, male-dominated environments. Her work focuses on how women sustain performance across different phases of womanhood, in workplaces that were never designed with those realities in mind.
She is an ICF-accredited coach in Women’s Embodiment, a member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine and a certified Reiki Practitioner. Her work sits at the intersection of women’s health, energy, nervous system regulation and performance, exploring how hormonal shifts, cognitive load and modern working patterns directly impact energy and wellbeing.
Through FlowLed, Chloe works with ambitious women and forward-thinking organisations to redesign how work is structured and supported. That means building performance models that recognise biology, life stage and recovery, so success no longer depends on constant override.
